Apippa's Custom Price Calculator has been great for handling complex, made-to-order pricing on my wallpaper store being able to build calculators around dimensions, options, and colour choices without needing a developer has saved me so much time.
What really stood out was the support. When I ran into a pricing issue, Shai jumped in quickly, explained exactly what was going on in plain terms, and helped me work through building out a proper fix rather than just a band-aid. That level of hands-on help is rare for an app at this price point.
Highly recommend if you sell customisable or made-to-measure products and want pricing that actually reflects what your customers choose.

We've been using this app for several years without any issues. Recently, we encountered our first problem, and the support team was incredible. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and worked with us to resolve the bug. We're very impressed with both the app and the excellent customer support.
We just started working with this app for our non-sticker items and ran into some issues during the 10 day "decide before you buy" stage. I reached out to support and they helped me right away. I will have these products live in a few days.
The calculator has been a game changer with pricing as large-format printing has a lot of variables.

The calculator works well and is easy to use - especially with their AI agent that can do a lot for you. But the customer service is where they have gone above and beyond. They are quick to respond and have really made an effort to fix any issue I've run into. Thanks team!
i had a small issue with initial setup and the team resolved it within minutes of my contact (was a me issue not an app issue) very impressed with product and customer service
This calculator is amazingly customizable. It did exactly what I needed and set up was pretty straight forward. I ran into one small snag and the support team was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions and fixed it quickly.
Great customer service. However, I am not currently subscribing to this app. Perhaps in the future if they implement the feature I need, I will convert, however, for the time being, I am going with another option :)
