Richpanel: AI Customer Support

Richpanel has been a life-saver for our small team! The self-service features made us choose the app. The portal is intuitive and incredibly easy to use for our customers and easily modified and updated by our team. The installation is very quick as well. Getting our team migrated over was seamless, training was easy and our agents were up and running in less than an hour. Also, the deflection rates are amazing as compared to other tools. Most importantly, the team is incredibly responsive and helpful. They really understand our needs and what we are looking to improve and they are incredibly open to hearing our feedback!

We use this app to manage our customer service support. The software is just what we needed to respond to customer inquiries quickly without having to having to jump back and forth between Shopify and the our email platform. All the customer data needed is right there. The functionality of the bot is a key distinction between Richpanel and other services. On top of that, Richpanel’s understanding of the customer service flow and best practices has been a huge help to us. The team at Richpanel have been so helpful a d gracious with their time and personalization. I’m very happy we made the switch and it’s perfect for our growing business.

I love Richpanel! Waaaaaay better than what we were using before! Their support team is extremely charming, helpful and know their software well - I continually meet with them -- on occasion as needed -- to tweak & improve the inner workings of our setup. They're responsive, easy to get a meeting with anytime, and actually want to help us understand how to use their product more efficiently. We were able to set up a self-service chat box that has helped reduce the overall number of tickets we have, and the macros are super helpful as well. The analytics are help me better understand what's happening in the customer service area of our business. I could not recommend another customer service app more than Richpanel!

Richpanel is amazing. I am so grateful that I found them I was looking at SNOW teeth whitening to see what they use, because I figured they have done their due diligence, and found Richpanel. Trey in Sales was amazing. I ended up speaking with the amazing CEO Amit as well. Jerrick from their tech team has been unbelievably helpful in getting us set up each step of the way. Richpanel has finally allowed me to give customers the service experience I want, without having to do a massive amount of difficult website modification. We can meet people right where they're at, with specific answers to their specific questions. As we grow, it will only be more and more useful to have Richpanel by our side. The decision was easy to choose Richpanel! After seeing the software and all the features it was capable of we were extremely excited. Staring at screens all day and the back and forth between other programs is exhausting and time consuming so it was important we found a software that was pleasing to the eye and had the function to be our sole source for work flow. What really sold me though was the team behind the software. Through our entire journey they have always been at our reach to address any concern, offer advice, and make sure we were set up for success. I can't speak enough on the service we received at the beginning that still occurs a month into our partnership with them! Update: Jag har nu fått fantastisk service och hjälp när det gäller att lösa Instagramkopplingen. De spenderade all tid och attention som behövdes. Mycket nöjd! Jag använder den här appen för att samla all min kommunikation med kunder, i alla kanaler, på ett ställe. Den var lite snårig att förstå i början, men den funkar bra. Tyvärr har den inte koppling med Instagram (meddelanden och kommentarer), så den fyller inte helt syftet att ha allt på ett ställe. En annan sak jag saknar är att det inte finns någon mobilapp. Jag kan svara på meddelanden via mailen, men inte se någon historik eller så. Det gör att jag är bunden vid att arbeta med min dator, när jag gärna hade sett att jag kan jobba helt mobilt. Men på det stora hela funkar den som förväntat. Servicen från Richpanel är väldigt bra och snabb!

We wanted an app for our customers to use when on our website to get in touch with us quick and easy. To instal was pretty easy and to customise it for our/customer needs we had the great support from the Richpanel team already contacting us as soon as we installed, which was great! They explained in details all the features with us, we run tests, and their guidance was priceless. We wanted to remove all the task bots questions that were initially automated when a customer wanted to connect with us and the team were very helpful and responsive and helped remove all of that. Also loved that the display chat appearance we could use our own brand colours and our own photos. Update! We needed some help with adding new order topics, as well as help with mail forwarding and rules, and Amir spent quite a long time with me going through it all. We were given custom options that I think will really help us stay on top of customer service, and help us grow as a a business. Awesome app & amazing support team! This has made our customer interactions so much more efficient and organized, by compiling our emails, facebook messenger, and our chats all into one convenient place. Plus you don't have to dig through Shopify to find order details, as they are all connected right inside your RichPanel inbox. Highly recommend!
