This has been a very useful app for us in helping us handle a membership / subscription system. A few teething issues, but the support has been excellent!
Thanks for the kind review Dave, glad we were able to help you put together a solution for handling your membership / subscription system.
Great app. Very easy to use. Steve is very helpful. Just a bit unhappy with how expensive their backdate operation costs, especially for large stores like ours.
Thanks for the great review, it is much appreciated... Unfortunately, backdating in both our Order Tagger and Customer Tagger apps is something that requires a large amount of time and server resource to deliver, which is unfortunately why we need to charge extra for the service. We've tried to keep the pricing as low as possible to cover the increased resources that these tasks consume. Please let us know if you need to backdate your rules and we'll see what we can do. Thanks again for the review!!
The app works as advertised, quick and easy and the support staff is responsive and very helpful. Backdating is quite expensive and no room for errors whatsoever.
You made our day! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this amazing review. Our support team is always happy to help you 24/7 with anything you may need.
All the best,

By far the best tagger app. The ability to go in the past is invaluable. We used it to tag past orders to send out a mailing and things worked perfectly. Definitely a recommend for me.
Thanks for the great review! We're happy to hear the app has been helping. We love your music apps too. I caught the release video for MKSensation Xtreme 2.0 today. Looks and sounds great! Good luck with the release.
An essential app for customer segmentation! Customer support was helpful in migrating our data to an expansion store as well.
Hi Ryan, thanks for the great review. We were happy to help you get Customer Tagger working and tagging customers in both of yours stores. All the best!
Quick and responsive customer support for a great app that works as promised! Can definitely recommend
