Absolutely love this app, it has completely changed the website and given my customers a much better dashboard experience.
My vision was different to what the app showcased but Ezra from customer support went above and beyond to do everything he could to make my vision a reality. Would 100% recommend!
We have absolutely loved having this app on our website and it has made a massive difference to our customer account experience. We have compared several apps and none have the integrations, flexibility and analytics like C:Hub.
Ezra has also made our experience with C:Hub exceptional. He is open & responsive to suggestions and has made numerous improvements to the app just in the last month alone.

First and foremost... this is the most important app on my site that I have installed. My customers use it every day and they have commented on how much it has helped them.
Second... the service is second to none. Ezra is always so quick to help and sort out my stupid questions :)
This app takes customer login to a whole new dimension.

This is an awesome app and the customer support is first class. Ezra is super-responsive and helpful. He's also keen to take on board feedback with a view to incorporating suggestions into future releases. Highly recommended if you have repeat customers as the native Shopify functionality just doesn't do the job.
This app does everything for customer accounts and it looks great. I literally added an entire customer accounts page with all the options the bigger places have in less than a couple hours. I even have a floating icon on the site that will take you to customer accounts, contact us and any other pages I have added to the customer accounts section. Great product, very helpful and easy to use.
Despite never using and uninstalling this app last month it continues to charge me a monthly cost. No communication that my trial was expiring. No communications from this company at all, in fact.
The one-star review here is a plea to stop the practice of carrying over subscription charges into the next month. If you cancel on Oct 13th, for example, your subscription should end on Oct 31st. Rolling it over to the next month is a shady accounting trick that I don't see outside of Shopify.

Ezra here from the C:Hub team, I've shot through a few emails to try and get in touch to discuss this one with you, but haven't heard back sorry. I've also tried reaching you on social media this afternoon and hope to hear from you soon.
But also just wanted to reply here to share as much information as possible for you.
I did jump into your account on our end and could see that you did uninstall our app on:

and could see that the final subscription charge on the account was for the period of:
Nov 6 - Dec 6
The Shopify platform simply sees that our app was installed on the 6th, so it applies the charge for the month. However, this is actually a Shopify practice and fully controlled by the Shopify platform. As Shopify app developers, we use the built in Shopify subscription system that handles all payments, which is why you'd see the app charge on your Shopify invoice instead of serperately, from our business directly. I can absolutely understand the frustartion though and am more than happy to help.
I'd love to hear from you through email, or social media, anytime. We'll also pass this feedback onto the Shopify team, however please understand that the practice of carrying over subscription charges in this way, is not within our control and is completely handled by the Shopify platform and we'd really appreciate it if you'd re-consider your 1-Star review.
Also, sorry to hear you didn't recieve our automated emails, they may have landed in a junk or spam folder, but we'll also investigate that on our end to make sure our emails are as inbox friendly as possible.

Love this app. Adds so much more than the standard boring Shopify accounts page. Highly recommended. We ran into a problem when we installed a new theme which caused C Hub to bonk. Reached out to support their support and they where able to get it sorted (thank you Ezra). If you'd like your Accounts Page to deliver more of an Amazon style experience for your customers, try this app.
