We are loving this app! It has integrated seamlessly in to our website. We are really enjoying the flexibility it gives us to add personalisation and up sell products.
The customer support and live chat has been a god send, we have asked many questions and the friendly and very knowledgable customer service helpers have been amazing and walked us through the learning process, problem solving and helped no end.
Thank you Mini:Custom Fields, you guys are truly great!

I have recently installed this app to allow customers an upload option for custom designs. The set-up and installation are clear and straightforward and when I did need support, due to my theme needs, the response from the team was prompt, efficient and solved very quickly.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a hassle-free customised option combined with top-notch support.
Thanks a lot for sharing this — it’s great to hear the setup felt smooth and that we could quickly adapt things to your theme.
Not only is the app easy to use, it's highly customisable and solved a lot of legacy issues. On top of this the support is second to none and they go above and beyond. I've gone through a lot of apps over the years but I would put this top of my list overall in terms of service and performance
This really means a lot to us. Your feedback on the support and the app’s performance is incredibly motivating — we always try to go the extra mile. Thanks for trusting us and ranking the app so highly 🙏

Easy to use and great customer support! I would highly recommend this app for anyone looking for personalization. This can be configured for just some products and even for just some variant. Perfect for our home decor store!

The app performs well, we are using it to capture names to be written on custom hoodies. Customer service has been really helpful when I had issues that turned out to be limitations of my theme.
Thanks for using the app over the past year! Glad it’s been a solid fit for your custom hoodies—and happy we could help with those theme quirks. Appreciate your ongoing support! 😇

I was able to download this app, create multiple listing options and when I needed help, I got a response right away that instantly solved my problem. This is a game changer for us!

So far so good! It was so easy to install and set up personalized text boxes for a collection of products in my shop. I highly recommend this app. Also, I love the stock count option - it's great to show customers if an item is running low!
