Thank you so much for your kind words and recommendation!

GRACIAS!
Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re really glad our team was able to help resolve the issue with the Customify app quickly and provide clear, helpful video explanations along the way. It means a lot to hear that the communication and support met your expectations. We truly appreciate your feedback - ¡muchísimas gracias!
We thought that Customify was a good product but due to our design needs, it may be easier to work directly with customers to get something they are happy with. So we changed from the paid to free plan as we weren't using it.
I believe that the hallmark of a good company is what they do when there is an issue. In this case, we were charged for a month's subscription after we had downgraded the plan. Customify were onto this immediately after I raised it and refunded us within a couple of days. Absolutely 5 star service - no questions asked. I was so happy and would use them again.
Thank you so much for this wonderful review. We truly appreciate your kind words. We’re glad we were able to resolve the billing issue quickly for you - that’s the level of service we always aim for. We’re happy to have you with us on the free plan, and we’re always here if you need anything. Thank you again for trusting us!
