★★★★★

We’ve been working with MPO for six years, and our experience has consistently been excellent. During that time, this was the only issue we encountered, involving the attachment of our logo and text. Their support team responded quickly, remained attentive throughout our email communication, and resolved everything efficiently.

We truly appreciate their professionalism, reliability, and excellent customer service. It’s reassuring to know that when an issue arises, their team is ready to help and provide a prompt solution. Highly recommended!

Been using MPO for a number of years for collecting tag engraving data from clients. The app works very well. Having recently moved to a new shopify template, they helped resolved a problem with the implementation on the new template. The team was very responsive and solved the issue perfectly and quickly.
