We've found this app to be highly functional and simple to use. It achieves exactly what we need it to, and they have excellent customer support from Sunny, if you encounter any problems, she is friendly and responsive.
Top support. We had an issue saving data using the plugin and PifyApp managed to customize it to fit our requirements in a very speedy manner. Thank you very much, highly recommend using their plugin.
This app was great and I received outstanding support. I needed to gather some additional information on my orders and found this app very helpful to do so. I would highly recommend it to others.

Amazing experience! Good support, good performance :)
Their service is excellent!
Completely removed the customer accounts page. When customers sign in, the page is blank. This app is broken, and the problem persists AFTER UNINSTALL! STAY AWAY
We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience you are experiencing with our app. However, I want to clarify that our app does not make any changes to the customer accounts page. I understand your frustration, and we would be more than happy to help investigate and resolve the issue for you.
Our customer service team has reached out to you, and I kindly request that you please reply to our email so that we can assist you further. We value your feedback and appreciate your patience. Thanks.
I have this app installed on 3 Shopify stores. I needed some slight modifications for it to appear as we wanted, and Sunny attended to all of this promptly. If we've had an issue, Sunny is always quick to reply that he is looking at the issue, and again when it's fixed. The app perfect for collecting the information we need at checkout, and I can't rate the support highly enough.
It is a very good application software, which solves the things I need. And it is easy to operate and practical. I am very satisfied.
