Helium Customer Fields

You can add fields to customer app. You are not stuck in the same fields as everyone. Further, you can sort by fields. Very powerful. We have created a CRM (Customer Relations Managment) function with it. When a customer wants us something on a particular date, we enter that in a note field, and in a date field, and sort weekly by dates. Up comes our to do list for the week.

Yes, yes yes! Get this one! I tried a slew of other apps before this. They did the installation - even fixing some code another app had left behind. My business makes semi-custom clothing for women ministers. I need to have measurements before we can make anything - this app gave me a very easy and professional login with all the info I need to collect, including ways for me to put in notes to explain things. I wish every app I needed was made by Helium!

We came across this app after looking a so many others in the store. This is the only one that had full end to end customer registration form building as well as workflow and functionality to review and approve customer applications. By far the best app with great integration with Shopify. Well thought out and well built. We also could align emails from this app with our Shopify emails without any effort. Also had fantastic support in sorting out SPF/DKIM alignment issues with email.

We use this app to help our customers register or edit their account using a form we have created in Customer Fields. Our customers are able to opt out of paying VAT if they are eligible and can start purchasing immediately without having to contact us to change their account and refund the VAT retrospectively. We had a small problem with how to add the 'Edit Account' link to the account page and after reaching out for help it was done for us, what more can you ask for. Excellent app and great support. Great app. for customer data management. I installed this app. to build our customer data base for my business. They provide free install service and it was very helpful to me although I do not have any programming skills. One thing I would like to suggest to Customer Fields to apply indicating mark of each required fields in create account page. I created so many fields but some customers do not like to fill out all of my fields, and I would like to offer to required field and optional field option and it would be very helpful for improving customer account registration.
Any how, it would be the best option in Shopify app stores.

Amazing support! Our store now can allow customers to edit their account details (email address). Before, as you know, customers cannot adjust their email address after creating an account on your shopify store. With this app, it allows the customer to adjust it when they like without having to contact the store owner to manually change their email address. We are also utilizing account upload features which will tag our customers automatically without us having to tag them. ( we will still check to see that the customer submitted the proper form)

Wow. I tested out a bunch of different apps until I figured out which would be best for our needs. This app is super easy to use.

It's not only doing exactly what we need, but amazing customer service. We tend to be a bit high-maintenance with our specific needs and Chelsea was able to help me implement the changes I needed. She was very patient with my excessive questions and requests. I also really like the way our customer's information is stored and easily accessed. I would tell you to check out our form to see how awesome it is... but one of our customizations is that you can't accesses it without a password!!! Thanks again Helium.

We just needed a simple way to add customer account verification to our registration form, and this was it!

We have close to 200k customers imported from our old store, and I was afraid that this would put us into a price tier that was too much for the simple feature we were trying to add, but I spoke with their customer support and they assured me that we could still use the lowest tier since we're not using all of the customer management features that this app offers. The sign up forms will still work and we won't get bumped up to a higher tier automatically.

Customer support is quick and friendly and easily answered all of my questions. We'll definitely keep this in mind if we do end up wanting to get into some of the more advanced features of this app. We appreciate you!

Outstanding and useful. This app allowed us to collect additional information needed for our classic car automotive mail order business. Without this form, we don't know what kind of vehicles our customers have or other pertinent information like automatic or manual transmission, power or manual steering, power or manual brakes, how they use their vehicle, etc.

There was an issue with the form (at first) because I didn't complete all necessary questions correctly. I contacted customer service and they responded the same day. The issue was totally resolved within 24 hours. They even made the form look more attractive with the CSS formatting. I can't say enough about their customer service and support. PLUS, the app actually works so we can more effectively service our customers with the right products they need for their classic cars. Two thumbs way up!
