Powerful tool with great benefits. Without a doubt, Daasity has a support team that promptly attends to your questions or requests, putting the customer first. Guided by them and with the correct configuration, the tool provides the essential information to be able to make the necessary decisions for the business, turning any eCommerce into one that is always acting quickly.
Ideal for those of us who work with an agile work methodology.

We were excited about Daasity because we have a number of custom reporting needs given the fact that we use a lot of bundles, and also have both DTC and wholesale running through our Shopify site. The sales team sold us on a custom setup. Unfortunately, the implementation was possibly the worst I have ever experienced. Not only was there and almost complete lack of project management and QC that required untold hours of our teams time, but after six months we were still nowhere near completion and to make matters worse, Daasity informed us that we would have to pay thousands of dollars more in order to finish the originally scoped project (!) It also appears that something is happening at the company, given that almost the entire team we were working with, including their cofounder, left the company suddenly and without a word of notice during our implementation period. Needless to say, we terminated our contract. If you need a custom implementation I would advise you to run away.

We've been working with the Daasity app for over a year now and have found it to be an extremely intuitive and valuable tool for helping us grow our business. The ability to centralize each of our data feeds into one all-encompassing view allows us to quickly identify and act on opportunities. Behind this great app is an even greater team - they are always there for support and to help with everything from the most mundane to complex of questions you can throw at them. Highly recommended.
