Have just joined and OMG - support is so helpful. I've got exactly the report I needed, which is rather complicated. I'm so grateful - highly recommend these guys.

I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional service I received from Soniya. She was consistently kind, patient, and willing to go above and beyond to meet my needs, even when it required pulling multiple reports with very specific requests. Each time we interacted, her unwavering commitment to excellence and her deeply thoughtful approach were evident. Soniya's attention to detail and her genuine care made the entire process seamless and pleasant. I truly appreciate her efforts and the outstanding service provided through the data export. Through her intentions, I was able to gain a couple hours back of my time!!! Thank you, Soniya, for your hard work and dedication—it did not go unnoticed!

Superb support and help when needed - gives you the data at hand.

Amazingly helpful staff, Data Export is an excellent tool and has great capaabilities

Great app with loads of features to make the perfect reports, and great support that will help with what you need!

Really excellent, I can't believe how much time I'm saving and the help desk is brilliant to create to tweak bespoke reports. I wish I'd bought it years ago.

This app is better than hundreds out there. It summarizes everything very neatly for my monthly accounts. And the customer service is top notch! They even customize reports for me.

Highly recommended! The support team is incredibly helpful, responsive, and quick to assist us in building customized reports tailored to our needs. Great job — thank you!

Their support is amazing. I have had too many fly by night operations that give you a knowledgebase and maybe a Chat AI to assist buy you can't talk to real people. I was immediately connected in the chat and Advisor stayed on with me until we had a complicated report pulling custom fields working exactly as I needed. They were patient and helpful, and thats really hard to find.
