Data Export IO: Report

First, the customer support for this app is just phenomenal. I needed a complex report with a pivot table and I sent a message using their live chat feature (built right into the app, easy) and within about 5 minutes, David had built the report for me and it was perfect. It was just such a seamless and frustration-free process! Secondly, the app is very powerful, even with the more basic plans. For the price, capabilities, and support staff, this is app is an absolute no-brainer for anyone needing reporting features that aren't built into Shopify. Great job!

Wow. Our lines of business expanded over the last month and Shopify's reports were not able to sort orders by tags (Why Shopify, why?) or able to capture sales that were fulfilled but NOT ordered in respective time periods for inventory tracking. In short, Shopify did not have what we needed so we added this app after it showed up as a recommendation from the app Order Tagger. I had challenges of setting up reports so I reached out for support but not expect to be contacted back quickly and have the reports I needed fixed directly. Many times companies direct you to their forum or FAQ section - which I did check first - instead of just helping out. So, not only is it a great app, they have a team that backs up their product and made 3 custom reports that solve what accounting and inventory management needed. Well done!

I *never* write reviews to anything I buy, but I had to for this service. I've tried literally 10 different apps until I found this one. The interface looks a bit old but it's the best data export I've found yet. Super versatile and a google sheets integration, and a very low cost. Most importantly - the data is super accurate and reflective. Some other apps I tried gave me conflicting data, but this one is right on the money every time. This gives me a sense of confidence when making my analysis, and it's so user-friendly that I already have around 10 different automation. The customer support is INSTANT, which surprised me. They answer within seconds when using live chat, which is the fastest I've ever seen. Even Amazon has a long funnel and a minute of waiting time before getting to a representative in their live chats. Like I said- I never write reviews. I hope this convinced at least one person to try this app out because I promise you will not regret it.

We have been using this app for many months now and during the critical "getting to know" phase and initial configuration of custom reports we were amazed by the level of support (quality, availability and willingness) from Data Export. Whereas some of our needs are complicated, they have immediately stepped into assist or even configure for us. And the level of expertise is broad so that interfaces with third party systems is no challenge to them. We could not recommend more highly!
UPDATE: Still using on multiple sites. Always getting excellent service. Never too much trouble to help. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
UPDATE: Another tweak needed and the response was accurate and swift. We are also building other stores with this aa that we will be releasing soon and during this development phase the support has been of the highest order. The new interface is an excellent tool also.
UPDATE: Another quick support task for Data Export. Nothing is too difficult for them. Queries resolved in minutes due to great team and great product. Does everything we need (and definitely a lot more).

Our accounting department finds this app extremely helpful. Makes it easier for them to track gift card payments/usage and various transactions. Saves them a lot of time when needing to locate the correct invoice numbers and cross reference.
