Great experience with the team creating custom reports where we cannot self serve, Nirmala was very helpful and replicated the report across all our stores rather than us having to rebuild in each one

Report can include customized fields. You just need to chat with a live and real agent, and they do it for you. They are very responsive and efficient. Also, you can schedule your report to be sent by email, and not only FTP. I recommend this app.

Love the chat option, customer service always responds and helps create any report you could possibly need. I personally use them for modifying my different reports.

If you are serious about your valuable data and love to get everything out of your data, then this is the must-have tool! IT exports everything you can think of. The scheduler option is also a great adition!
