Data Export IO: Report

This is the solution for your custom report needs, especially if you're needing to export to Google Sheets with regularly scheduled reporting. The support team is fantastic and actually knows the program, rolling up their sleeves and helping with actual report building rather than the usual "support" that merely sends you links to how-to's.

Great App! Just what we needed! Customer service was excellent! I needed a simple, but custom report I couldn't get within Shopify or other apps. I am not a report/numbers person and my boss needed a report by the end of the day-these guys were great and set up the report for me.

This app has proven to be very useful and the staff is quick to respond with any questions and customizations. The reporting is a bit limited when trying to compare across multiple report types. However, their team is very supportive and will assist in creating any custom reporting you may need. I haven't had a request they couldn't fulfill.

I'm very happy with the app mostly because of its amazing support staff. They have been more than willing to help us customize it, scale it, and even hep us create custom reports that adapt to our business. I messaged their support later on in the evening and got a super quick response and a new data column with a specific formula added to one of my reports right away. Also for a rather odd error that was showing up, their support transferred me over to another agent who fixed the issue. I really appreciate the speed at which their support works.

This is must have app for any reporting. There is so much functionality that you can't get within Shopify standard reporting and this has been a complete timesaver! We have used this is to report on products with multiple criteria such as tags, order dates and it's perfect for scheduling too! The customer service team are also extremely helpful

We like to track revenue by "collection" in order to get a better sense of profitability, and we input this data (and fee data) into our accounting system. We use Data Export to give us a daily breakdown of revenue by "collection" with fees. When the deposit comes through from Shopify, everything is appropriately categorized and can reconciled.

Fantastic experience...we use this app for both of our sites and every time I run into an issue creating a custom report they are quick to respond and help. I used the App to export sales orders and transmit the orders to my suppliers via FTP. The customer service is the best. I wasn't able to connect with my supplier via FTP, I asked for help with the set up, Arun from Data Export actually took over and worked with the supplier's IT department and got the set up for me, thank you Arun.
