Data Export IO: Report

Have tried several other reporting apps which were too technical, required too much techie info and were inconsistent in reporting or just plain tricky, Finally, I found Data Export and it's terrific. It's intuitive, logical and easy to look at. The online support is second to none. The scheduled reports are so easy to set up and such a timesaver! Love it!!

I used this app to create a shipping report of all product weights as Shopify had no built-in way of doing it. Incredibly flexible and versatile reporting tool. I have tried many and this is by far the best I have seen in terms of ease of use and flexibility. The customer service is great and very responsive, the team helps create custom reports in a very short time. The app itself is very helpful especially if you have the Shopify basic plan, because it allows you to create reports that the basic plan on Shopify doesn't (only available on higher shopify plans). Overall, it's a great app and is performing well so far.

These guys are unreal, the app, the reporting and the customer service is next level, we have used GLEW and other expensive and complicated data reports all of which were far to complex and costly, Data export has the same data points and its easy for anyone to create a report of jump on their chat and they help you, all for the monthly price included. We love it!

Amazing service, fast and effective. Customer support helped me right away with something I thought they would not be able to do. Software is easy to use and intuitive and it just WORKS. Exported data into a CSV and it was accurate. Sometimes Shopify's built in analytics doesn't give you all the controls you need to see the best data. This app solves that problem!

Just installed this on a 3rd store. It's been a while since I've created an reports and the changes since then seem to have been a very positive one. It's now much easier to create custom fields yourself compared to the old version and help support is very efficient and more than happy to set up the reports for you if you don't have time/knowhow to do it your self.

Great app but the most impressive part is how responsive the customer support is. I've asked for numerous complicated reports and they always respond very promptly and are happy to assist any of my needs. I've used other similar apps that take forever to get anyone's help, so it's very refreshing to have an app and customer support of this quality! Highly recommend!

This is really great app. I had to make very complicated report for the portal, when we advertise our products. Data Export team did awesome job and prepare the exact report I needed for free! There is an option to set a schedule and recieve report via mail, ftp or download it. The app is great if you need custom report for your products, orders etc. Very recommended!
