Data Export IO: Report

Data Export is a really great app. Its reporting on steroids, with so much flexibility that you can get it to do anything.

Going to try and have it make coffee every time I get a new order.. :-)

The support is amazing. They basically did all the work for me, and now the daily report with all the important numbers are automagically flowing into Google Sheets and from there to my Flatscreen on the wall..

The data export app really helps our organization quickly understand our customers, their orders and any additional information around comments, discounts and refunds. As a non-profit with a store, ensuring donor happiness and accuracy is a top priority. Combining that with the pleasant and extremely helpful customer service representatives whenever I have questions or a small issue - I'd highly recommend this app!

I've been using this app for 10 days now and can honestly say that it will save me about 4 hours a week of manual data handling. The work Mallik has put into creating custom reports for me is amazing. I've now got reports that tell me all customer order info, a picklist, and we are working on financial reports also. I continue to be in awe of the support I have received. No app is perfect and when I have a problem, they are right there to respond and help. The app does what it advertises - I get straight forward reports at a great price which help my business run. But it's the support that stands out. Rueben and Jaba rock as do the others that answer the chat questions, real time. Highly recommend this app and these people!

Such good customer support. Have reached out to them several times to provide additional columns in the reports to suit our needs. When we couldn't add 'fulfilment location' to unfulfilled order reports, they suggested we add order tags (which we now do via the 'order tagger' app, so each order is automatically tagged with the location due to fulfil the order) - which has made things so much easier. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The app is extremely comprehensive. It has every field you can imagine needing to export.
But, there are still special use cases that the preconfigured program doesn't cover. I contacted support asking for help and within a day the support had created a script for just my use case. This isn't the only time they have done so.
Perhaps one of the best customer services i have come by so far within the Shopify app store.

Level of service was outstanding!! I needed a custom option built in and used the chat feature and my problem was solved by Jeff in a matter of minutes. I can't ever recall having such a professional and quick solution in a matter of minutes. Highly robust features, great price, and outstanding customer service. This app can create reports for the enterprise level. I have no doubt that this is one of the top three apps for our daily operation. I created reports with daily, weekly schedule features. For example, "Low inventory Warning" is daily, "Promotion Order Status" is daily, "Weekly Member Status" and more. Also, the tech support team is very proactive and knows what they are doing. BTW, this app can support 2 byte languages.

This app is great! The reports are easy to create, with many prebuilt options native to the app. I love that the reports are easy to understand too, makes it much faster to get the information that you need. Support is quick and attentive too! Madhu helped me create a custom report in just a matter of minutes! Can't recommend this app enough, WAY better than any of the analytics that are built into Shopify's own reporting.

This app is fantastic.
Using Shopify, I believe it keeps a large data which may be useful for future marketing.
But the flexibility of data downloading was limited.
Data Export allows me to download any kind of data.

Moreover, their support desk is very helpful.
When I wanted to show delivery date in my data, they wrote a script to show it.
Delivery dates let me know who long it takes to deliver our package to each location.
