It now takes only a few seconds to compile reports that used to take tens of minutes!! Preset reports are also powerful and help marketers.
Also, the customer support was excellent and instantly suggested the reports we wanted.

Data Export is an excellent and super helpful app to fill the gaps in Shopify Analytics. The reports are great and if you need a custom report the support team will whip it up in minutes. Outstanding service.

Exporting data in Shopify can be challenging due to the complexity of the filtering options. However, despite these difficulties, I find the app incredibly useful and efficient for timely product data exports. The app shines in its performance, ensuring a seamless and quick export process. I would appreciate more ability to customize reports without having to reach out to customer service each time.

Support is working on reports that are online without making a copy of them. This is a serious problem in the process, I have never seen this level of incompetence before, it simply should never happen.

On top of this, support is making changes to the online reports used for logistics that have not been requested, making the report crash.

Deljo and the team at DataExport have been extremely helpful. I needed some disparate Shopify sales data to be concatenated into a simple Excel file, and they were able to make this happen in record time. Now, it takes me a few minutes to add sales data to the books, as opposed to upwards of an hour for one payout. The Shopify-to-Quickbooks Online connectors do not have the functionality I require, so I'm quite pleased that I stumbled upon DataExport. They've been great, and I can't recommend this app enough.

This app does just what we need. We find it very flexible and easy to use. I should also mention that we had to contact the developer with an issue, and they responded very quickly and fixed the problem for us.
Update: a year and a half later, we're still using the app. It's a crucial part of our business, never fails us and the support is outstanding.

I started using this app because I was having trouble using other apps that were not displaying the "collection sales" and profit figures correctly.

The app and the reports I can build is so helpful. For the first time I reached out to customer service and within a few minutes I've got the report I needed. I can highly recommend it since Shopify don't provide detailed reports If you have multiple POS location and online delivery shops.

It's so nice to be able to talk to real people and not be met with bot responses scraped by ChatGPT. Our orders come with a lot of additional order details collected by third-party apps and the team at Data Export IO have been amazing in finding the correct data fields and making up custom columns to export the data, so we can easily manage our order fulfillment each day.
