Data Export IO: Report

Excellent customer service. Chan spent a good hour helping me build out the report with correct filters I needed in order to reconcile out shopify sales with our ERP sales. And when a filter wasn't available in their current build, he very kindly offered to work with his development team to get the filter we needed.

Simple and effective! We are using the app to help calculate commission payments to brand ambassadors by exporting total sales attributed to customers with a particular customer tag in any given month. Customer service was fantastic and quickly added a custom field to automatically calculate the commission payments.

This app is AMAZING - the support that comes with it is second to none. I just worked with these people for the last 3 days and they essentially made me a completely custom report which is going to save me dozens and dozens of hours in the future. We use this app to help export only the needed information, as well as some additional information that isn't available on the native order exports. The customer support team was very nice in the chat feature. They responded quickly and efficiently to my questions and helped me add some fields that weren't normally there.

Powerful exporting tool. Fairly priced. Interface is fairly advanced, but they have an extremely helpful and responsive technical support staff to guide you through.

Highly recommend for any business that needs more control and access to their Shopify customer, product, and order data for analytics and external reporting.

It works for my purpose. I use the automated reports to join that data with other data sources from our business. Support is excellent and very responsive; you can ask them any kind of customization either on reports or schedules. Great app and great price! Totally recommend if you need to create reports outside Shopify...

This is a wonderful APP with very helpful Customer Service! We needed a customized report that had a special pricing structure and they were able to do this without problem. A few back and forth emails and it came out perfect! This APP has a lot of "bells and whistles" to it so it will be great even for other future reports.

The app is easy to use and for the past 2-3 years have used it for several different purposes. Great design and features. Recently--on two separate occasions--I've had a question or two so I chatted online. The two different "chatters" were very efficient, personable, and most important, skilled. I highly recommend this app.

Extremely useful app and responsive support. Saves me tons of time and streamlines my work processes. The support is the best part of the app. Just tell them what you are looking for and they will make the report for you. They will make as many adjustments as you need until it is just right.
