Data Export IO: Report

Great App. Miles better than the gobbledy-gook that Shopify generates. Very responsive and helpful CS.

So helpful and quick to assist. Chatting with a real person all the time not a Bot makes all the difference!

The app is working more than as intended. The customer support is top-notch and they'll fixed your concern as soon as possible.

Customer service is actual humans and helpful so that's nice. It works for what our company needs it for.

While the app itself is simple to use, the support is fantastic - responsive and thoroughly helpful.

so far this tool has been very helpful. What is the big differentiator is that their customer service is excellent. any questions , any issues they are there to help. We've just started using it, but I have a feeling it's going to be very useful.

My rating here is mostly about the Customer Service / Support / Help for this app.

It is amazing !!

They seem to be available 24/7, always seem to respond, humanly, within moments and are always quick and helpful with their responses.

Many times I've been trying to find a way to add a couple of columns to one of my reports, usually columns that are not readily available as part of that reports normal columns, and they had helped me to add them and then waited patiently for me to check that the results are as I wanted.

Always very polite and courteous, even though I might sometimes pester them a few times in a day because I've thought of something else I want to add.

The app itself is also great. I do have one or two suggestions as to how it could be improved but all in all it is excellent - and pretty good value for money too.

Super fast responding support! The app works great. it gets you all reports you will ever need.
