Tec support has been amazing! They helped me get my custom report set up and tweaked after I found some things that were not working quite right. They even created extra custom reports as a work around for my issue. They were very responsive via chat and got a screenshare set up for next day when my issue could not be resolved via chat. The reports are full of mistakes, missing items, double entries, etc.

This app is a gem and the support is very quick and helpful. So far, we have not encountered anything we could not acccomplish.

It does everything I've needed it to so far and customer service for custom reports has been quick and ready all 3 times I've needed them so far.
