Data Export IO: Report

This reporting tool is amazing for creating and scheduling reports. There's a massive number of pre-built reports, but the ability to create custom reports with calculated and static value fields makes it even more flexible. But the best thing overall is the support I've always received from the app team with building reports and especially adding custom fields if I've needed help with something. I've not yet found anything they couldn't help with in minutes.

Data Export is excellent value and far more powerful than standard reporting. What really stands out is the support team. Ameena took the time to understand our specific accounting and inventory requirements and helped us build two bespoke, reusable reports for Dream Consoles, including historical inventory reconstruction and a detailed Sales, COGS & Gross Profit audit report.

Rather than simply providing generic reports, she worked with us through testing, amendments and final checks until the reports did exactly what we needed.

For any Shopify business that needs detailed, customisable reporting and genuinely helpful support, I highly recommend Data Export. Excellent service and exceptional value.

Great app, easy to find reports for business operations. The support team quickly created three custom reports that integrated seamlessly within our systems. The user interface is easy to use. Highly recommended for a business looking for data reports to run their business better.

Great customer service, was served by Dominic. Understood what i needed and pulled it off well. App has simplified our record keeping, saving us loads of time

Absolutely not working as advertised. Good thing there is a 15 day free trial. Data does not regularly sync, it must be manually synced by the user. But then when I did manually sync the data, it still showed that orders unfulfilled which were. I asked for help which just pointed me towards the same thing I had just done.

If this does not regularly pull order data on its own, then it's not useful to me, and if it is WRONG then it will cause costly errors when orders are fulfilled multiple times. I also couldn't easily make it do some very basic filtering to keep it down to only what is fulfilled from our shop and not by a partner.

Uninstalled after one day.

Great app and the support is excellent.
I'm using the app to make an export with all the data I need for my monthly turnover and import it in AFAS Profit.
If you are working with Shopify and AFAS, then this app is a musthave.

We've been using Data Export for years. Incredibly useful app for all reports. And if they don't have a report already, you can create one yourself or ask their team to do it for you. They have always been quick to reply to any question/issues which is rare these days. Highly recommend!

Dataexport.io has been a game-changer for our reporting needs on Shopify. The app is incredibly powerful, flexible, and easy to customize, making it possible to create even the most complex reports exactly the way we want them. What really stands out, though, is the fantastic support team — they respond within minutes, understand the issue immediately, and always go the extra mile to help. We’ve never experienced such fast and knowledgeable assistance with any other Shopify app. Highly recommended for anyone who takes their data seriously!

Great functionality, comprehensive scalability combined with excellent service. I am really happy that my search for a suitable report and order functionality to support our logistics has come to an end. We save time, money and make fewer mistakes. The service from the data export team is absolutely first class. Thank you very much!

This app solved a problem I was having with downloads for VAT returns, but due to it flexibility, I believe we will be using this for more things in the future. The support wasn't available on the weekend, but they were very quick and responsive on Monday and we got everything resolved. Great app, and great support!!
