Data Export IO: Report

Love the chat option, customer service always responds and helps create any report you could possibly need. I personally use them for customer insights and filing sales taxes.

This app is packed with ready-made reports that cover most needs straight out of the box, and the functionality to create your own makes it even better. Being new to the app I couldn't find a very specific report. Spoke to James at help desk and he built straight away. Powerful reporting plus excellent support — highly recommend!”

I use this app for all my Shopify stores. Best support for any app. If you need reports or data exported this is the app to get. Every time I needed something they always figured it out and helped. Easy to use app and the support is the most important.

This app is perfect for custom reports with all the fields I need- they make is so simple and they have on-app support that responds super quickly and assists with any questions or if you need help crafting the reports! I would recommend for any shopify store

This reporting tool is amazing for creating and scheduling reports. There's a massive number of pre-built reports, but the ability to create custom reports with calculated and static value fields makes it even more flexible. But the best thing overall is the support I've always received from the app team with building reports and especially adding custom fields if I've needed help with something. I've not yet found anything they couldn't help with in minutes.

Data Export is excellent value and far more powerful than standard reporting. What really stands out is the support team. Ameena took the time to understand our specific accounting and inventory requirements and helped us build two bespoke, reusable reports for Dream Consoles, including historical inventory reconstruction and a detailed Sales, COGS & Gross Profit audit report.

Rather than simply providing generic reports, she worked with us through testing, amendments and final checks until the reports did exactly what we needed.

For any Shopify business that needs detailed, customisable reporting and genuinely helpful support, I highly recommend Data Export. Excellent service and exceptional value.

Great app, easy to find reports for business operations. The support team quickly created three custom reports that integrated seamlessly within our systems. The user interface is easy to use. Highly recommended for a business looking for data reports to run their business better.

Great customer service, was served by Dominic. Understood what i needed and pulled it off well. App has simplified our record keeping, saving us loads of time

Absolutely not working as advertised. Good thing there is a 15 day free trial. Data does not regularly sync, it must be manually synced by the user. But then when I did manually sync the data, it still showed that orders unfulfilled which were. I asked for help which just pointed me towards the same thing I had just done.

If this does not regularly pull order data on its own, then it's not useful to me, and if it is WRONG then it will cause costly errors when orders are fulfilled multiple times. I also couldn't easily make it do some very basic filtering to keep it down to only what is fulfilled from our shop and not by a partner.

Uninstalled after one day.

Great app and the support is excellent.
I'm using the app to make an export with all the data I need for my monthly turnover and import it in AFAS Profit.
If you are working with Shopify and AFAS, then this app is a musthave.
