Data Export IO: Report

We've used Data Export for years to get better exports vs Shopify out of the box - their team is incredibly helpful and has helped us set up so many automated and complicated reports. Highly recommend!!

This app is a lifesaver and should be added on to all shopify users. Very easy to use and the custom report capabilities are extremely helpful and time saving. We currently share data with one of our vendors and Data Export allows us to automatically download and send custom reports to that vendor saving me one less thing I need to do and manage. Not to mention the very helpful and very responsive customer service staff is great, shoutout to Richard for helping me with any issues. Highly recommend this app.

We are new to Shopify and this is the best overall app we have used. The ability the team has to create reports for your unique business needs is unmatched. Quick response time and the answer is never 'no'. Looking forward to this app growing our business!!

We had a specific Shopify B2B requirement that several other export apps and providers told us couldn’t be done — exporting the Company ID linked to B2B accounts as part of our data exports.

The Data Export team handled this quickly and properly. They were able to include the Shopify B2B Company ID as an export column, which has completely transformed how cleanly we can move data into Sage. It’s removed manual matching, reduced errors, and made our daily accounting exports far more reliable.

Excellent technical understanding of Shopify B2B, fast responses, and a genuinely helpful approach. This has saved us a huge amount of time and frustration.

Highly recommended if you need anything beyond basic exports or have more complex accounting or B2B workflows.

The assistance provided by the Data Export technical staff was outstanding and set a high benchmark for customer care. This application has integrated itself as a fundamental component of our daily workflow. I am especially grateful for their repeated help in configuring bespoke columns through specialized functions, ensuring the output met our exact specifications. It is a top-quality solution backed by an incredibly proactive team.

Awesome app for reporting, you can get polished and tailored reports as per your needs which is not possible with regular shopify reports and you can also schedule them for daily basis. This is a mush have app for massive stores hitting big numbers

Gran aplicación que facilita muchísimo el análisis y la personalización de los datos. Muy fácil e intuitiva y potente a la vez. Y con una gran atención al cliente que está siempre para ayudarte con todo lo que necesites.

The team has been amazing and extremely helpful when we need assistance. Every support member that we encountered has been going above and beyond in our experience.

The app itself is also working perfectly well for us. Its functionalities have made our lives much easier, especially as a personalised beauty gifting brand. We cannot imagine how we are going to craft hundreds of our signature product daily i.e. custom lipsticks (where customers can choose casing, pick colour, add name engraving and add personalised message card) if it is without the help of this app!

All in all, highly recommended.

Parfait pour les exports comptable, shopify ne proposant pas d'export satisfaisant pour une bonne comptabilité

Highly recommend--employees are quick to respond to issues and can tailor fit your reporting requirements. Data Export IO has saved me countless hours of busy work when it comes to reconciling transactions.

Thanks a ton.
