Data Export IO: Report

I used the App to export sales orders and transmit the orders to my suppliers via FTP. The customer service is the best. I wasn't able to connect with my supplier via FTP, I asked for help with the set up, Arun from Data Export actually took over and worked with the supplier's IT department and got the set up for me, thank you Arun. Great App.

This app is everything I need. Im running so many additional apps on my store and this app can breakthrough the limitations of delivered shopify reporting and give me operational data to run my team. Shopify is so limited with the reports they can generate, DATA EXPORT REPORTS can be so in-depth and customized to get exactly the information you need. The SUPPORT team is OUTSTANDING, always helpful and going above and beyond with tweaking reports to continually help as needs grow. Definitely a worthwhile and insightful app and very easy to use!

I am using this app to help me create a report that shows a total of what shipped per item for the date range. I really appreciate that the live chat is always there to help me create the reports I need!

Great App and an Awesome Support Team. Support Team helped with the custom changes required in the report to fulfill our business requirement. As the BI Tool, we are using was not able to connect with Shopify directly. The schedulable reports acted as a boon to us and we are able to get this data via reports in our BI Tool. No extra cost was involved.

I have never experienced any company in my entire life that has such good customer service. The chat message box is always available and I have had a fast reply at all hours of the day and night. They will create a custom report or answer any questions immediately which makes using this app a breeze. I am so happy I chose this robust reporting system.

This is a great app, perfectly designed and amazing customer service. They are very helpful and very prompt in responding to any requests. It is doing exactly what we needed it to do. Excellent customer care and attention to needs! The data export tool is able to pull anything I've needed from Shopify and having their customer support accessible is useful in managing the data in the required format I needed.

They get the job done effectively, it takes some communication but they always work to tailor the report to what is required.

Most Shopify app reports are financial and sales focused. I needed one that helped with day to day operations. I sent a request with specific data that I required and within a few minutes the report was created and in my account. Daniel was even able to work around Excel's weird 16 digit rounding issue for me. Excellent value for the price of the app.

If I could give this app 10 stars I would! I cannot think of another report I might need. It has everything - credit card processing fees, sales tax, even what source the visit came from. It is so easy to use and customer service is amazing. I found it for my client and immediately downloaded it for my store as well. Try it - you will absolutely LOVE it!
