Data Export IO: Report

I've been using Data Export for a few months now (in a few stores) and the product itself is incredible, but what I'm more impressed with has been their customer support.

Data Export can basically pull anything from Shopify such as custom fields, metafields, line item details, create logic to alter data and customize the output, but the support team is the one always coming to bail me out from some complex calculated fields.

Special thanks to Manuwel who has been incredibly knowledgeable and fast at resolving my issues!!

I have always used Data Export IO and loved it, but after experiencing serious complications and confusion with thousands of orders I have been using the support team for help. There was information I had no idea how to find, and they have not only been super prompt and incredibly friendly, but have always helped me find the solutions I needed. Not to mention, helping build reports for me in real time to help. Hands down the Best App company I have ever dealt with!! I cannot thank the team enough, there is literally nothing they cannot help with when it comes to finding financial and planning solutions for Shopify users.

Wonderful service and able to make customizations that will make my workflow way faster! Thank you and 100% rec!

The best customer service I have had with exports apps! Immediate assistance and we have set up a workflow that will make my life a whole lot easier! Very happy and excited to use the app for multiple stores!

Fantastic product. Lot of ways to use the data and create reports. Have been using the products for few years now and love it. Great customer service and helpful when you have questions. Highly recommend this app.

Their customer service is outstanding! They respond quickly to chat inquiries and can generate the reports I need in no time. Best affordable reports app there is for Shopify. The app also offers excellent features like filtering, sorting, and scheduling reports to be automatically sent to our Google Drive. I highly recommend them.

After putting a bit of time in to tailor the reports, Data Export IO has become a huge help for internal reporting. The support team is extremely patient, and really helpful when putting the reports together.

This add-on was essential for me to create the reports I needed. Customer support is very quick and helpful.

Fantastic app that allows detailed analysis of payouts and their associated orders. Dominic and Manuwel helped so quickly with both creating reports and customizations. Thank you so much!

Brilliant app, great support. We use this on all of our Shopify websites. The team always help us with custom columns etc.
