Data Export IO: Report

Great app. So many reports out of the box, and support proactively contacted and offered to build an custom report they have seen me investigate. Easy to clean GDPR stuff out etc. Now that's customer service.

This app has exactly what we were looking for and much more.
The support team is really nice and efficient.
The support is quick, and it usually resolves any doubt or issue in the same day.
After several years working with the App, it is still 100% recomendable.

Great customer support and very useful when you have the basic shopify plan. Especially for creating inventory reports. Shopify reports are too limited there.

Unfortunately the inventory does not sync with Shopify. You get outdated stock information in your reports.

I hope they are able to fix that problem.

Needed to contact support with a couple quick questions to help build a report that met my needs... Sanjay was excellent and very patient and very thorough.
The Live Chat feature is quick, concise, and very easy. My questions were answered and I was able to fulfill my customer's need, which makes ME look good.

This app has a ton of reports. The developers have been amazing at creating custom reports for us. Very responsive and helpful. We've used this app since 2023 and continue to be very pleased with how well it works and how amazing the customer support is. The wait time is always minimal and the web support is always able to help us with our custom reports. Cant recommend this app enough!

Fantastic app! It gives you access to every single field you have in Shopify. Even better? Their staff are amazing! Madhu fixed my report quickly and saved me who knows how many hours of time.

Update: This is the best app on Shopify. The IT team is amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs granular reporting. A++++

If you have a Shopify store, you NEED this app for reporting.

Update 8/30/24 Data Export just helped me create a specialized report for a special segment of customers that ship to themselves. They were very helpful and I love that I can just instantly have expert tech support on complicated segments.

The customer service is still AMAZING!! They are so extremely helpful. Definitely worth having this app. They save me so much time from doing formulas in spreadsheets for analysis. I would give them 20 Stars if I could. This is a MUST HAVE.

This app is great to run all reports you may need! It is something we were lacking within our company and now we have daily reports sent. You create it once and forget about it! Very helpful to keep track of your business. Their chat system is also great when you have a quick question. Just had them edit a report we had to gather the information we were missing. They worked hard and fast to deliver this report to us. Very helpful
