Very good app ! It works perfectly for any type of data. We use the daily export function on Google Sheet (orders, stock, products) which is really helpful to then build analysis and automation.
Customer service is very responsive and proactive.

All of the built-in reports are extremely helpful, but if you're needing more customized reports, they are quick to help! We needed to exclude certain orders from sales reports, and they had a report built for us within a day. Highly recommend!!

Excellent app for extracting data from Shopify beyond what you can normally get. Superb support by email and chat (thanks to Daniel) in working out how to understand the data plus support in building the reports I needed (orders, refunds and VAT)
