My experience with the Data export Support Team was stellar and exactly what I would want from support! This app has been a real essential to our business functions!

Report can include customized fields. You just need to chat with a live and real agent, and they do it for you. They are very responsive and efficient. Also, you can schedule your report to be sent by email, and not only FTP. I recommend this app.

I love this app. We've scheduled several reports already with many more planned. AND customer service is great.
