Data Export IO: Report

I messaged their support later on in the evening and got a super quick response and a new data column with a specific formula added to one of my reports right away. Also for a rather odd error that was showing up, their support transferred me over to another agent who fixed the issue. I really appreciate the speed at which their support works.

This is must have app for any reporting. There is so much functionality that you can't get within Shopify standard reporting and this has been a complete timesaver! We have used this is to report on products with multiple criteria such as tags, order dates and it's perfect for scheduling too! The customer service team are also extremely helpful

We like to track revenue by "collection" in order to get a better sense of profitability, and we input this data (and fee data) into our accounting system. We use Data Export to give us a daily breakdown of revenue by "collection" with fees. When the deposit comes through from Shopify, everything is appropriately categorized and can reconciled.

Fantastic experience...we use this app for both of our sites and every time I run into an issue creating a custom report they are quick to respond and help. It is amazing to find such a responsive team to work with. Above all the app allows us to get to the data we need to run our business more efficiently...cannot recommend Data Export enough!

I have used Data Export to create many of my own reports and have needed assistance with a few too and every time I have chatted with them, they are always very helpful & quick to assist. I used the App to export sales orders and transmit the orders to my suppliers via FTP. The customer service is the best. I wasn't able to connect with my supplier via FTP, I asked for help with the set up, Arun from Data Export actually took over and worked with the supplier's IT department and got the set up for me, thank you Arun. Shopify is so limited with the reports they can generate, DATA EXPORT REPORTS can be so in-depth and customized to get exactly the information you need. The SUPPORT team is OUTSTANDING, always helpful and going above and beyond with tweaking reports to continually help as needs grow. Definitely a worthwhile and insightful app and very easy to use!

I am using this app to help me create a report that shows a total of what shipped per item for the date range. I really appreciate that the live chat is always there to help me create the reports I need!

Great App and an Awesome Support Team. Support Team helped with the custom changes required in the report to fulfill our business requirement. As the BI Tool, we are using was not able to connect with Shopify directly. The schedulable reports acted as a boon to us and we are able to get this data via reports in our BI Tool. No extra cost was involved.
