Data Export IO: Report

This app has allowed us to export data not previously possible with the standard shopify exports. This data has been key to the function of fulfilling our online sales so without it we would be in a mess. The support has also been fantastic, helping me to produce a bespoke export perfect for our needs.

Excellent customer support via chat. The chat support team created the exact custom fields that I needed, and he helped me re-format columns based on my requirements. They even created custom formulas over a few days that exactly met my needs. Highly recommend this application to all Shopify customers!

Excellent customer support experience every time, I have used this app with several shops! Highly recommend, support is fast, friendly and even if there is little bit language issues, still- they understand. I have recommend to everyone this app <3 Thanks Vinith for our last project <3 - Elisa / Finland

I literally have nothing bad to say about this app! DataExport makes gathering and examining data so effortless. The support team is extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. They know what they are doing and are able to create tailored reports for exactly what you are looking for. So worth it.

This is a very good app for me, it gives me all the datas I need for my bookkeeper and it spares me hours of work and pay for itself. The support is very helpful and very responsive and they built a custom report for me for free. I highly recommend this app, especially for Europeans stores. Thanks a lot.

Data Export IO continues to impress me with both the flexibility of their app the willingness to address any question that arises.

Chat support seems like it is available 24 hours a day, have never needed help and not received it in less than 5 min.

We use Data Export IO for both of our Shopify Stores!

Customer support excellent with this app. We needed a customized report creating, which was not straight-forward and took a few attempts to get right, but the team at Data Export were professional and brilliant throughout. Thoroughly recommend the app and their service. Tim Gill - Head of Sales & Marketing

Excellent app with great customer service. Allows reporting in order for us to pack goods for shipment. If you're unsure how to create the report, the customer service team can customise the report for you. Love the live chat system as it makes getting in contact with the customer support that much easier!

This app is fantastic for any type of data export. With the help of their customer service team (Shawn), we were able to create a custom inventory report with very specific fields that gets automatically emailed to us daily. This has saved us heaps of time creating this report manually. Worth every dollar.
