Data Export IO: Report

Data Export is an excellent and super helpful app to fill the gaps in Shopify Analytics. The reports are great and if you need a custom report the support team will whip it up in minutes. Outstanding service.

Exporting data in Shopify can be challenging due to the complexity of the filtering options. However, despite these difficulties, I find the app incredibly useful and efficient for timely product data exports. The app shines in its performance, ensuring a seamless and quick export process. It is compatible with various systems and file formats, adding to its versatility. Additionally, the app's customer support has been commendable, providing prompt assistance when needed. Given its effectiveness in addressing export needs, especially in terms of use cases, performance, compatibility, and responsive customer support, I highly recommend this Shopify app

Deljo and the team at DataExport have been extremely helpful. I needed some disparate Shopify sales data to be concatenated into a simple Excel file, and they were able to make this happen in record time. Now, it takes me a few minutes to add sales data to the books, as opposed to upwards of an hour for one payout. The Shopify-to-Quickbooks Online connectors do not have the functionality I require, so I'm quite pleased that I stumbled upon DataExport. They've been great, and I can't recommend this app enough.

This app does just what we need. We find it very flexible and easy to use. I should also mention that we had to contact the developer with an issue, and they responded very quickly and fixed the problem for us.
Update: a year and a half later, we're still using the app. It's a crucial part of our business, never fails us and the support is outstanding.

We have only been using this app for a few weeks but already I am blown away by the level of customer service provided. It's so nice to be able to talk to real people and not be met with bot responses scraped by ChatGPT. Our orders come with a lot of additional order details collected by third-party apps and the team at Data Export IO have been amazing in finding the correct data fields and making up custom columns to export the data, so we can easily manage our order fulfillment each day. Absolutely recommend this app!

Data Export IO is the best time saving, user-friendly, and robust data management platform I have used in years. I no longer have issues with data gathering where Shopify falls VERY short. But what is even more impressive than the platform itself, is the support team. BRAVO a million times! Data Exports has given us the ability to build custom reports to cover many needs that Shopify canned reports cannot accomplish. Additionally, we've had 2 instances where we needed to contact support and they have been ultra helpful.

I have been so impressed with this app! Moving from Quickbooks POS, we needed some very specific retail reports as well as just some more general inventory reports that are impossible to do natively within Shopify. The support is incredible- they are so responsible and helpful. I highly recommend Data Export!
