Data Feed Watch Shopping Feeds

DFW is a powerful tool you can use to manipulate and customize your product feeds. They provide great support, especially for the price. I tried to get by with the built-in Google Shopping App and manually building feeds for a while but it was constant headaches. When I switched to DFW it made my life much easier and helped me enhance our shopping campaigns.

This app works well for our goals of providing an easy to manipulate feed that meets Google Shopping requirements. That is the tip of the iceberg of what Data Feed Watch can do. I'm also using it on other platforms. I was very satisfied with the customer service for learning to use their product and appreciated everything they did to make it a successful launch.

This app was implemented by our previous agency so I had no perspective on its value or how to do anything in it. We switched agencies and now I have to know how to work the feed. Datafeedwatch is an insanely powerful tool. To grasp the power you need to really use it. And there is a learning curve. If you are willing to put the time into it you will benefit. It puts the power of programming into a non-programmers grasp.

I use it for my Google shopping and facebook feeds and it is my favorite piece of SAAS that I pay for every single month.

The app stopped syncing with shopify at some point, and out of my 7000 advertised products only 46 synced. I found out a week after, and it took them 2 weeks to fix it. This review is dedicated to Sébastien from the customer service which was arrogant with me and unhelpful. Eventually it was solved by stopping to use datafeedwatch and using native shopify sales channels.

We use this app to manage our product feeds for Google Shopping and Bing Shopping. I really love the flexibility it provides, letting us be extremely specific with the items we want to include. It also gives us complete control over the information submitted through the feed. For example, you can shorten titles, add/replace certain words, etc. Their support team is really great, too.

We are currently in the first trial phase of using Data Feed Watch and feel confident that it will significantly boost our brand awareness and organic search impressions. We have been working directly with Marvin and he is making the process very simplified, and he is always available for a call, taking it step-by-step with us as we are working through the internal feeds set up phase.

We are using this app for all our shops now, for more than a year I believe, and we could not be more satisfied! It is very easy to understand, customer support is extremely helpful and very fast. We have never had any problems with any of the feeds and they have been kind enough to set us one feed up that we just couldn't make work by oourselves.

This app is absolutley worth it's money and then some!

When things go wrong with the product feed, I need solutions fast. in my experience with other feed management platforms, you just can't get somebody on with tech support soon enough. I hate email-only support. Data feed watch has live support with real people available to readily schedule meetings and get to the bottom of the problem, or help with setup. Was really excited for this app, and ok with paying $60 a month for a good product feed. Unfortunately after months I still wasn't seeing results. I had a problem with my feed link that nobody on their side caught. Their data feed also duplicated my products, and nobody from the tech could figure it out, and claimed it wasn't causing problems. Waste of time, waste of money. I removed the app today and will figure something else out.
