Data Feed Watch Shopping Feeds

When things go wrong with the product feed, I need solutions fast. in my experience with other feed management platforms, you just can't get somebody on with tech support soon enough. I hate email-only support. Data feed watch has live support with real people available to readily schedule meetings and get to the bottom of the problem, or help with setup. I got masterful service from Marvin Flores. thanks DFW!

Was really excited for this app, and ok with paying $60 a month for a good product feed. Unfortunately after months I still wasn't seeing results. I had a problem with my feed link that nobody on their side caught. Their data feed also duplicated my products, and nobody from the tech could figure it out, and claimed it wasn't causing problems. Waste of time, waste of money. I removed the app today and will figure something else out.

This app offers amazing layers and depth! It allows you to fully manage your feeds, especially Goole Shopping, with endless automation capabilities. Not going to lie, there is a steep learning curve, BUT they offer free courses to get up to speed, AND they have some of the best customer service on the market that's available LIVE via chat (none of this email back & forth). If you're serious about controlling your product feeds, get this app.

Their app is definitely helpful in improving the effectiveness of Google ads, as it allows Google to better understand our products and presents clear tables for us to input information. Additionally, as a beginner, Marvin helped me understand the entire working principle through online meetings and provided a concrete case as a teaching example. Pawel has also set up an initial feed for Google, which is really great. I applaud their professionalism and customer service.

This is a powerful tool but has become very expensive if you have lots of products. We have used the product for a number of years and it does a great job in helping you craft a product list for each channel. Unfortunately in the last years the software changed its pricing strategy and charges by product which has increase the cost to a point beyond its value to our business. So the app is really good at what it does but penalizes sites that have lots of products. .

Tetiana was extremely helpful in resolving my issue with the DataFeedWatch app. She provided prompt and effective assistance throughout our chat. Their terrible customer service can be very dangerous to your business. I've attempted to get a response for nearly 2 weeks now and my Google Shopping products are at risk of expiring because they don't seem to even look at my emails to them. I've contacted them through their support email address numerous times, through Shopify support numerous times (who forwards requests to them), and still NOTHING. Beware - If there are any problems that come up out of nowhere such as I'm dealing with, they are of no help and you risk losing your Google shopping feed because of it.

Best customer service / support I've ever experienced. Paweł was extremely helpful and generous with his time. First time I've bothered to write a review for an app, thanks to him. The app is actually easy to use so you don't necessarily need support, but it's amazing to know that should any questions or concerns come up, they are there for you and respond almost instantly. Before installing Datafeed Watch, I was having issues with my product data not syncing correctly to Facebook and Paweł was on a screenshare with me and walked me through everything until we fixed it.

I used this app to manage the data feed for Google Shopping ads and it really helps a lot. Generally speaking, it works good, but it is not easy to use for beginners since it uses some different terms than usual (like mapping rather edit or change); however, their representatives (Claire, Edgars) help a lot with this. Recently we had some issues with the sale_price setup. After chatting with their customer service representative (Tetiana), I fixed the issue immediately. The inconvenience is the time difference: sometimes they are offline while I'm working. Hope they can provide 24-hour customer service.
