Data Feed Watch Shopping Feeds

A big shout out to their support team (Keith). As a marketer I understand the consequences of a messed up feed. Especially, when that feed is being used in Facebook DPA ads or Google Shopping Ads. Their support team was really prompt and helped me fix the issue in like 15 minutes. Keep up the good work guys!

I had two issues within the first 10 minutes of using it - usually not a good sign. When I contacted the support I was asked (by the support person!) to pay for the solution during trial. Very weird. The customer support was also not very understandable and did not really try to be helpful. Unfortunately 1/5.

A nice app for what it does, feed are flexible but limited then the price hike made us look elsewhere. They didn't even consider price matching to retain us so we searched and found a better app for $35 pm compared to $69. No idea why they increase cost but the price hikde doesn't support small business owners.

I needed files for Google Shopping in 3 languages and it was done in a few minutes.
I also generated a CSV file for one of our partners and it was really easy to implement it, with no IT skills.
And finally, I needed the customer service a few times and they were always prompt to answer and solved the issues.

Data Feed Watch is a superb feed tool. It is highly versatile and I can guarantee you that learning to use it is worth it. It is on a totally different level than Shopify's built-in feeds to other platforms. And Data Feed Watch has also excellent support, they help you and answer your questions quickly in support chat.

I've been using Data Feed Watch for most of my time as an SEM Manager and I absolutely LOVE IT. If you have large product catalogs to deal with (or even small) this tool allows your to manipulate the attributes in your feed with such ease. Optimizing a feed is key to e-comm success and Data Feed Watch allows us to do that.

We've been using DFW for 2 years. It is excellent. It does exactly what you need, in respect of building product feeds for Google Merchant centre etc, and it's very flexible. Ideal if you're a business that wants to run Google Ads campaigns in multiple countries. The support team are also extremely responsive via live chat

Brilliant service from Magdalena. I had a problem and this was solved even though it took a fair bit of figuring out. It was a fault with my descriptions (not their product) and Magdalena worked with me to figure it out and even added some code to their software to make my descriptions work. I stick with data feed watch for 2 reasons. It has an answer to any problem related to creating a robust feed, and the customer service. Feed management can be complex and frustrating. having customer support to walk me through my problems is worth its weight in gold. Marvin Flores from their support team always has my back!

Incredibly helpful tool to optimise our merchant feed and save countless hours. Every time I have had a reason to reach out for support I've been blown away by the knowledge and hands-on approach to solving issues, as well as how they often find more effective ways of feed management.
