Rich in functionality and decent UI/UX.
Competent and helpful support. Only a couple of small issues for 2+ years working with them for 2 of our shops.
Online support is extremely helpful, included full service onboarding. Have had some small glitches that were rectified immediately by online support.

Great, powerful, easy to use tool. Why do you need to have 100 characters to submit a review? Seems like what I said originally is all you need to know.
