The program has its price, but it is absolutely worth it. You can set up almost everything on your own, the interface is understandable and well structured and everything works. I have tried several tools for my feeds, but DFW is by far the best of them all. It is really highly recommended!

great things are to be said about the support from data feed watch. Marvin helped me get set up and trouble shoot issues. It made all the difference. Would recommend datafeed watch to anybody as many other platforms have terrible support. 5 stars for Marvin. oh ya, the platform rocks aswell!

Basically no support. Multiple of our emails to support have been ignored.
We can't recover access to our account, and recovery emails aren't arriving at our email address. Update: After leaving a one-start review - everything was sorted. Thank you team, but this was really unnecessary. All the best.

Uso DataFeedWatch da parecchi mesi ormai, e funziona veramente bene.
Il setup iniziale è stato rapido e indolore grazie al supporto di Matteo, che si è dimostrato essere davvero preparato e di costante aiuto per ogni nostro dubbio.
E' una app davvero funzionale, ed il customer care è stato impeccabile.

A big shout out to their support team (Keith). As a marketer I understand the consequences of a messed up feed. Especially, when that feed is being used in Facebook DPA ads or Google Shopping Ads. Their support team was really prompt and helped me fix the issue in like 15 minutes. Keep up the good work guys!

I had two issues within the first 10 minutes of using it - usually not a good sign. When I contacted the support I was asked (by the support person!) to pay for the solution during trial. Very weird. The customer support was also not very understandable and did not really try to be helpful. Unfortunately 1/5.

It looks like you had started the process to begin your free trial, but still needed to confirm that you’ve accepted the charges in your Shopify account. This is necessary to start every trial, but please be rest assured that we never collect any payments before the trial has ended.

A nice app for what it does, feed are flexible but limited then the price hike made us look elsewhere. They didn't even consider price matching to retain us so we searched and found a better app for $35 pm compared to $69. No idea why they increase cost but the price hikde doesn't support small business owners.

I needed files for Google Shopping in 3 languages and it was done in a few minutes.
I also generated a CSV file for one of our partners and it was really easy to implement it, with no IT skills.
And finally, I needed the customer service a few times and they were always prompt to answer and solved the issues.
