DataJet

We’ve been using DataJet for a number of key processes over the last few years. It’s a powerful and reliable app that has become essential to our operations.

Support has also been fantastic. Mat has helped us create several custom automations and is always quick to respond and helpful whenever we need assistance.

Highly recommended.

We needed a customized setup for our bank reconciliation and for sales tracking. Mat did a great job to help us and solve our problems with getting the data the way we needed. Great service!

Because we are using software with a specific import format, Datajet customized our order export flawlessly. They are always there for me when I mess things up, or need to update our settings. Mat is the absolute best! If you use M.O.M as an in-house database, then Datajet is the order export software you need with the support to get it done. Thank you so much!!!

We’ve been using DataJet for a number of core integrations and processes where Shopify Flow falls short, and it’s been excellent. The app is highly extensible, and the GitHub integration makes managing code seamless.

Support has been fantastic - they helped us improve error log emails within 48 hours, which made a big difference to our workflow.

Overall, a powerful and reliable app that’s become essential for our operations.

We were looking for a solution for linking our fulfilment platform with our new website through an ftp link and DataJet was one of the few options that would work! Mat has been incredibly helpful with helping us set up the link and assisting with customisations where needed. I highly recommend.

We had a very specific set of tasks that need to be created and several databases that need to be accessed.

The team at DataJet were quick, responsive and very knowledgable. They had everything up and running in a no time at all. Communication with the team was always very quick.

Would highly recommend.

DataJet is a great app to use. Mat helped with everything regarding setup, AMAZING customer service! We are now fully automated with our 3PL FTP. Receiving order fulfillment, tracking and all information is seamless! We definitely recommend this app!

Thanks again Mat for all your help!

Why the app ultimately didn't meet our needs... the customer service was amazing and Mat will work with you to get it working for you

The DataJet app has been a big time-saver for our team for automating some pretty complex workflows and notifications. And Mat has been a complete rock star in regards to helping us figure out the best way to use the app. I couldn't be more happy with his support. All around a great app for us.

Awesome app! I would definitely recommend it. Very user friendly which is always a plus for us and the support was great.
