Dates & Rates • Real Shipping

Great App with Excellent Customer Support!

This app is really helpful in allowing our customers to estimate their shipping dates during checkout, which helps set clear expectations and improve the overall shopping experience.

What really stands out is their customer support. Tomas and the team are very quick to respond, super helpful, and always willing to troubleshoot issues together to find the best solution. They genuinely care about their users and are open to feedback and improvements.

Highly recommend this app for any Shopify store looking to provide better shipping date estimates and excellent customer experience!

The paid plan for this app is already a great value vs. other apps because it's unlimited usage, but the onboarding and setup support we received was truly a white glove experience - even when our 3PL couldn't provide the requested API keys, the onboarding guy Tomas immediately developed a workaround, and now everything works flawlessly!!

I would definitely recommend this app to everyone looking for real time Dates and Rates in their store!!

We tested many other apps trying to get exactly what we wanted but they all fell short in one way or another. Tomas was able to configure Dates and Rates exactly how we wanted it and any issues that come up he's been able to fix very quickly. We highly recommend it!

Love how easy and convenient this app is! Tomas is also great to work with. Definitely recommend for your store

Tom is great to work with and the app worked effectively.
He was able to jump on even on the weekend to help us, he will do whatever is needed to make sure you are taken care of.

We've had a great experience with Dates & Rates. A seamless and quick transition, and excellent followup to any questions. Definitely recommend!

I am very happy with the performance of the app and the support I have received. Tomas really takes care of everything and keeps it running smoothly.

Dates & Rates has been extremely helpful for making delivery information clearer and easier to manage as we grow. Our store has a mix of digital and physical products, so we needed a shipping setup that could stay accurate without adding complexity for our team. The app was easy to configure, flexible enough for our needs, and gives us more confidence that customers are seeing the right delivery expectations when it matters. Well done Perseuss!

The support of this app is exceptional! I needed some very unique settings that were accommodated and no other app was ever this helpful! Highly recommend!

Dates & Rates has been very helpful for managing more detailed shipping requirements. We especially appreciate the flexibility around custom packing logic, destination exclusions, and international shipping configuration. It is powerful without feeling overly complicated, and the support has been excellent. Tomas has been hands-on and practical whenever we needed help fine-tuning the setup.
