This app is dead simple and works right out of the box. Way better than the other two I tried. No nonsense. No crazy theme editing necessary. Turn it on. Add your products. Add the ship date. Done. Excellent support. Try this one before the others... or after the others so you know how frustrating they are comparatively.
We're thrilled to hear our app was a breeze for you to use and stood out among others. We appreciate your kind words and glowing recommendation! 🌟🙏
Such a good pre-order app. Easy to use and set up, with exceptional support and customer service. I had questions/feedback about the features and workings of the app and Basil and his team went above and beyond to help and respond. Was set up in minutes on my site and works flawlessly. 14$ per month for such a simple app is ridiculous
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Just to clarify, we do offer a free plan, and it’s possible that some features were not fully explored in the short time you used the app. Additionally, many of our competitors don't offer free plans, but we aim to provide flexibility and value.
We’ve also tried reaching out to you several times without success. If you get in touch, we’d be happy to extend your trial and ensure everything is working as expected. We're here to make things right!
Love this app. Makes setting up pre-orders so easy PLUS they built in a dynamic ship by date by product PLUS the cost cannot be beat. 100% yes.
Thank you for the awesome 5-star review! We're delighted you love the app, find it easy to use, and appreciate the ship-by-date feature. Your satisfaction means the world to us. If you need help, just reach out! 😊
