This app has been quite user friendly so far. There are a number of customizations available that are simple, but help you give each dealer the appropriate representation such as custom filters for stocking dealer, online only, or special order.
Lucie on their support team has been very prompt and helpful when I've needed to reach out to their team for assistance.
Very satisfied with Mappy. It is simple to use, and has many different maps and customizations.
When I changed themes, there was a display issue with the text. I contacted Mappy, got a quick reply, and they were able to fix the issue in 10 minutes.

This app is very easy to work with and worth the monthly payment. If you get confused, there are people that are willing to chat and help you figure things out. We will be utilizing this as a dealer locator for our customers when they access our website. Excited to start using the app!

Using TA MAPPY has been a pleasant experience. The map is very responsive and works well. In addition, their support team is open to making many any changes that you may need from style to functionality. Bean, a support agent is very prompt is resolving any issues we had.The only downside the the map is that it does not support apple maps and a few features are not available. However, this map seems to be the best on the market at the moment!

Customer support is incredible, and the app works like magic. I wish there were more built in custom options for colors and overall look, but they will do it for you if you reach out. Very satisfied. I immediately paid for the upgrade.
