I am not tech savvy by any means, however this app is pretty intuitive and easy to get started. When I did run into some challenges I used the Chat feature which was actually helpful… not a bot but a human… named Awais! He suggested a google meet and he walked me through the process of setting up my jewelry tag template!

I was having difficulties with barcodes, which are required for listing products on Walmart and Amazon. Since I’m also planning to open a physical store, having proper barcodes and product labels is very important for my business.

I’m very glad I found this app. Their support team arranged a Google Meet with me and patiently guided me step by step through the process of generating barcodes for my products. The app is easy to use, user-friendly, and very useful for merchants who need to generate barcodes for their products.

I would also like to give a special thanks to Aisha from the support team. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand my questions and explained everything clearly, step by step, until I was able to successfully generate the barcodes.
