In the end couldn't quite get this to work as needed but we had very specific requirements and a very tight deadline due to a limited edition artist print launch. The team was incredibly helpful and walked me through the different options and offered to build functionality to work around what I needed but unfortunately due to our tight and sudden deadline there wasn't time to sort it. Hopeful this will be perfect for future launches with more advance notice to help us and the app team build something for us.
10 out of 5-star support team :D The app has some small rough spots that puts it in the 4- to 5-star rating, but the support team polishes those right out! I needed some functionality that wasn't implemented and BOOM. Pieces of it were implemented nearly overnight. The pieces that are taking more time? Their support staff are MANUALLY IMPLEMENTING for me while they develop it programmatically. Absolutely insane level of care.
Pricing.AI has some very potent apps to use. This one adjusts pricing based on your inventory level or sales. If you have high volume and/or high volatility (I'm in a collectibles market where prices can shift rapidly) then this app will do WONDERS for you.
We have been using the Demand-Based Pricing app by Pricing.AI for a few weeks now and it made a meaningful difference to how we manage pricing at LiLLBUD. As a brand that often sees demand spikes during seasonal launches, we were looking for a way to avoid manually updating prices while still making sure we weren’t leaving money on the table. This app turned out to be exactly what we needed.
What stood out to us right away was how intuitive the setup was. Whether it was a new drop that sold fast or a slower-moving variant, the app adjusted prices in real-time based on performance- something we used to do manually.
Since enabling the app, we’ve seen a noticeable improvement in how efficiently we capture value during high-demand periods. At the same time, we’ve been able to automate markdowns for overstocked variants, without having to babysit the backend.
Above all, the support from the team behind the app has been excellent. This is the best pricing app in the Shopify ecosystem.
