why cant customers click on your shop links?

Hi Lullave team, thanks for the feedback!

We checked your store and your product links work. The limitation comes from Instagram: it doesn't make links in post captions clickable for any app, so shoppers see the URL but can't tap it. On Facebook the same links are clickable.

For Instagram we recommend putting your store link in your bio (or using Instagram Shopping). We're also updating the app to explain this and to use a shorter "link in bio" call to action on Instagram posts.

If links aren't working for you on Facebook, please write to us and we'll look into it right away.

We no longer have any problems, and we are extremely grateful to him. We love this program and will continue using it. The application is very simple and user-friendly, making it perfect for those who want to share content automatically on social media. We can now confidently recommend it!

I've been using the app for almost a year (since it's free), but I keep running into problems.

- The app constantly disconnects from social media accounts, so I end up spending hours fixing every single scheduled post.

- The scheduling system is extremely confusing – normally, a day has 24 hours, but here it shows 99 hours. I don’t get it, and it's very complicated.

Recently, I encountered more issues while trying to adjust some settings, only to realize the app is now paid. Honestly, I don't want to pay for an app that consistently has problems. I'd rather purchase another app that works properly than pay for one that's unreliable. I don't recommend it.

In short, you'll have to manually reset all your automated posts about once a week, which will take hours of your time.

Perfect tool for automating social media posting. Saves a ton of time. Team is so supportive, requested for a feature they immediately created it with in couple of days. Keep doing the good work team.
