ATTENTION — Application dangereuse pour votre boutique

J'ai utilisé cette application pour gérer mes expéditions. Le 11 août 2026, sans aucune autorisation de ma part, l'application a modifié les fulfillments de centaines de commandes de ma boutique en une seule nuit.

Parmi les problèmes constatés :

Remplacement de vrais numéros de suivi par des trackings frauduleux
Commandes laissées sans expédition valide
Clients ayant reçu des emails de confirmation d'expédition erronés et des menaces

J'ai dû passer des heures à identifier et corriger les dégâts manuellement, commande par commande.

Ne faites pas confiance à cette application avec l'accès à votre boutique Shopify.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this application. The platform was advertised as **free to install and free to use**, which was the primary reason I chose it. However, buried in fine print was a vague disclaimer stating that additional fees *may* apply for accounts managing more than one store — yet **no specific amount was disclosed**. This lack of transparency is not only unprofessional but potentially constitutes **deceptive business practice**.

As a result, I was unexpectedly charged **$289 USD** without any prior clear notification or consent. This is particularly frustrating given that I am already paying a separate monthly subscription fee of over **100 RMB** through their ERP system. The cumulative financial impact is significant, and I feel misled on multiple fronts.

I strongly urge the development team and customer support to take this matter seriously. Hidden charges with undisclosed amounts are unacceptable and may violate consumer protection regulations. I am formally requesting an **immediate full refund** of the $289 charge, and I reserve the right to escalate this matter through appropriate legal channels if it is not resolved promptly.

I sincerely hope this issue is addressed quickly and that the platform improves its **pricing transparency** for the benefit of all users.

It works very well and is a great tool for Shopify merchants. I highly recommend it.

dont use them, "bs dropshipping" by "jerry qin" stole my money and disappeared. there is no one we can reach really really bad experience
