Dibs – Preorders & Backorders

I recently contacted the Dibs support team, and I had a great experience. Akshya was very helpful, patient, and quick to understand my requirements. The support was clear and professional, and I really appreciated the guidance throughout the setup.

I also really like the Dibs app, especially the backorder feature and the other preorder-related options. The features are easy to understand and very useful for managing preorders and backorders.

Great app which helps me manage and accept backorders so that I reduce lost revenue when I am out of stock. I really like that the buy now option can be replaced with a customised label so it ensures the customer is very clear that this is a preorder.
Also the support from Akshya was fantastic, she helped fine tune the settings for me and checked everything was set up correctly. The live chat and zoom call support for this product is superb.

The assistant Akshya was very helpful and guided me through all the steps that were need to verify the installation and helped me set it up correctly. She showed me exactly where the options that I need to change were located and waited to make sure I had done them right.

Dibs is easy to setup and works great in minutes. Its a great app so far. Just a few mins chat to verify the enabled feature with customer support is needed. Interaction is really quick.
