The app does what it says, but the support from the team is really very help full. As new in the e commerce business Dibs has really helped me grab good sales even after my product was out of stock. Thanks.

Great app which helps me manage and accept backorders so that I reduce lost revenue when I am out of stock. I really like that the buy now option can be replaced with a customised label so it ensures the customer is very clear that this is a preorder.
Also the support from Akshya was fantastic, she helped fine tune the settings for me and checked everything was set up correctly. The live chat and zoom call support for this product is superb.

Dibs is easy to setup and works great in minutes. Its a great app so far. Just a few mins chat to verify the enabled feature with customer support is needed. Interaction is really quick.
