Incredible customer service. (Especially if you want to switch services.)

I switched from Pendora because Pendora stopped sending emails without warning, leaving a huge backlog of unsent products... it was a disaster. Worse still because Pendora has no "export as CSV" function.

When I switched to Fileflare, the customer service team (Ian specifically) helped track down everyone who hadn't got their products, and email them (through Fileflare now) their exact orders. On the same day I switched.

Fileflare solved a very gigantic weeks-long headache. 5 stars.

This is a great app to get pdf downloads out to customers efficiently. Highly recommended.

Very easy to use app. Love that it is integrated with Shopify. The pricing is also very competitive. Service has been excellent. The only thing I wish was different is that you could send out update notices for a product not just for 1 attachment. I've used another file delivery system that was much more expensive and not integrated as nicely with Shopify. I would give this app 4.75 stars until they make it easier to update customers on product updates. (Note: it's possible that I don't fully understand how they recommend doing this so I'm open to being corrected!)

I don't leave reviews very often, but Fileflare has earned this one.

I sell ebooks, books, printables, and digital products, and finding a digital delivery app that actually works without making me pull my hair out has been a challenge. After testing everything from checkout to file delivery, Fileflare has been rock solid.

The setup was straightforward, the files delivered correctly, and when I had questions, support was quick to respond and genuinely helpful. ( You rock Ian!) I never felt like I was being pushed aside or sent on a wild goose chase.

What I appreciate most is the peace of mind. When a customer purchases one of my products, I know they're going to receive it without me worrying about broken links, missing files, or complicated setups.

If you're a Shopify store owner selling digital products, ebooks, printables, templates, or downloads, I highly recommend giving Fileflare a try.
