Digital Products

Hi! I LOVE this app and use it for my website of 200+ digital products. Here are a few features I’d love: the ability to bulk upload products, the ability to bulk change links, the ability to change all of the Button CTA’s through the app page. Thank you for adding the link feature.

Digital Products needs bulk asset management. We have a product with many variants that all use the same downloadable PDF. Updating the document currently requires manually deleting and uploading assets variant by variant, which is extremely time-consuming and error-prone. Please add bulk selection for variants, bulk deletion of assets, and the ability to upload or replace one asset across all selected variants in a single action.

I sell two printed versions of a basketball book, but a digital option has been increasingly popular because I release it earlier than the printed books. It's also good for people who don't want to carry my two-pound book around with them. It works on any e-reader and even iPhone and iPad. It's nice to have a digital option, and I also pair it with my printed editions and give a discount. That's a good way to increase sales. If I didn't own the company, I'd buy the digital and a printed version.

Very easy to use, and reliable! This saves us plenty of time with automatic downloads, email contacts, etc. for quilt patterns that we deliver digitally.

Muy buena, le mejoraria que si el producto fisico tiene variantes y el adjunto es uno solo, tener la alternativa de subir un solo File y no tener que subir por variante

Super clean, reliable, and easy to configure. Digital Products makes delivering digital assets and multi-file bundles effortless. We sell spreadsheet-based inventory and finance systems, and the asset linking was seamless right out of the box. Customer file delivery is instant after checkout, leaving zero friction for onboarding.
It handles fulfillment, on Sheets and/or Excel files, automatically without any technical glitches or support headaches. Hands down the best way to run a digital catalog on Shopify. If you sell templates, tools, or downloads, this app is an essential foundation for your store.

It's good to now be able to include links, not just files, but it would be REALLY good to be able to set a release data for files, or for them not to be released until the physical item ships.

(We sell albums on pre-order with free digital, but don't want the digital to become available until the pre-order ships on the release date.)

It works flawlessly for us. My one comment is that in looking at the Product page, it's not immediately evident whether there's the correct digital file attached to it.

Used to be a great app - but changes have made it horrifically cumbersome. It's fine if you just want to throw up a digital file and be done. But if you need to make even simple adjustments or get customer data to fix an issue, information is no longer there, or buried so deep it will takes hours to track it down. What a PITA.

Has been a wonderful way to deliver my preschool curriculum to customers. They all receive it quickly!
