Honestly, I was surprised in a good way. I installed this app just to test why some visitors were checking product pages but not buying, and within a couple of days I already got insights I hadn’t thought of. The interface is super simple to use, even if you’re not a tech person. I really liked that you can customize the questions and it feels natural on the site. Support was fast and helpful when I had a small issue. So far I’m getting more responses from visitors and it’s definitely helping me improve the store. Totally worth it.

Most survey apps just sit there. This one actually does the work. The survey asks, the AI answers, and visitors engage. It feels helpful, not annoying. Support answered my questions in minutes — really impressed so far.
