Excellent app and outstanding customer support!
Discounty was very easy to set up and works perfectly for our quantity discounts. What impressed me the most was the customer service. Nilou personally reviewed our campaign, customized the quantity discount widget to better match our store, and even helped us fix a desktop cart display issue that wasn't caused by Discounty.
She was extremely helpful, friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working correctly. The whole experience was excellent.
Thank you, Nilou, for the amazing 5-star service! Highly recommended!
What a lovely review to read. We're so glad Discounty was easy to set up and is working well for your quantity discounts, and we're delighted our team could customize the widget and even help sort out that cart display issue for you. We'll be sure to pass along your kind words, and please don't hesitate to reach out whenever you need anything.
Very kind customer service, and responds very quickly. The app is the best we've used so far for automated discounts that actually shows the discount at your product pricing. No codes, just scheduled discounts, awesome! Love the countdown timer option <3
We really appreciate you taking the time to share this. It's wonderful to hear our team could help quickly and kindly, and we're so glad the automated discounts and countdown timer are working so well for your store. Thank you for the kind words, and don't hesitate to get in touch anytime.
We noticed that our discount code was not working in our cart at check out. With the help of Harry from Discounty, we discovered that the automatic discount segment was deactivated on our backend. He instructed us to keep that active at all times, and we were good to go!
Harry also fixed the plugin so our tiered discounts were visible on our product pages.
Highly recommend this app and their customer service is fabulous! Thanks Harry!
We're really glad to hear our support team was able to track down that deactivated automatic discount setting and get everything back on track for you so smoothly. It's also great that the tiered discounts are now showing up correctly on your product pages, exactly as they should. We'll pass along your kind words to the team, and don't hesitate to reach out anytime you need us.
